Kerry Joyce is an American architect based in Italy, where he landed after a brief stint down in Texas. He is interested in learning how to make worlds out of lines. This brought him to work on projects in New York, Washington, Houston, and Marfa, and he is currently following the construction of a cultural institution in Los Angeles. He offers an overview of this building in Dia a Dia, as well as a detail from the Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) office, where he has been working since 2013.
