Caroline Walker is a Scottish artist based in London. Her gallery presents her large-scale paintings as “intimate drawings focus[ing] on women within psychologically charged public spaces such as hotels and beauty parlors. Intimate scenes build upon the language of city life with the pronounced quality of a voyeuristic gaze.” The way they generate empathy towards interiors and people that embody them look very precious to understand our relation to daily space.
