André Cepeda is a Portuguese photographer. He qualifies his work as pictures about things that are common to all places, but difficult to find, select and interpret. He tries to build new ways of looking at reality and space through social and political perspectives. Spaces and moments shown in his work seem to have been forgotten, as if in suspension. An insidious violence and rugh reality mingle and emerge from his creations.
