11.15.2019: Dia a Dia #13

[entrevista]
Jacques Ardiès
rua Morgado de Mateus, 579

Jacques Ardiès holds a Brazilian naive art gallery in the residential district of Vila Mariana. This Franco-Belgian has been living in São Paulo for forty-five years. He welcomed us on a Wednesday morning, an hour before the opening. In this house converted into an exhibition space, we exchanged with him about his expatriation, his vision of the city of São Paulo and its evolution over the years. We also discovered his universe – a suspended islet in the heart of this frenetic city.
